You will continue to use your current (higher-tier) subscription until the current cycle ends. The new (lower-tier) subscription will begin on the next renewal date. No partial refund is provided for the remaining period of the current cycle.
Android Upgrade: When upgrading to a more expensive plan, the subscription is upgraded immediately, while the original billing cycle remains unchanged. You will be charged the price difference for the remaining time in the current cycle.
Android Downgrade: When downgrading to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. The unused portion of your previous plan will be credited by extending your next billing date accordingly.
Please note that features associated with your new plan will become available or restricted based on the effective upgrade or downgrade timing as described above. Q11: How do I confirm that my Lepro Camera Subscription has been subscribed successfully?
After completing the payment, open the Lepro app and go to “Me” > “My Camera Plan”. There you can check the validity period of your subscription.
Alternatively, go to the Event & Clips page of your camera, select “Cloud”, and if events are detected, you should see the corresponding cloud recordings.
Q12: What should I do if my Lepro camera fails to upload videos to the cloud after activating a subscription plan?
Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1.Check Detection Settings
Go to the camera's page and tap the settings icon in the top right corner. Select "Detection" and make sure detections are enabled. Only videos triggered by detection events will be uploaded to the cloud.
2.Check Cloud Storage Settings
In the camera settings page, tap "Storage & Recording" and ensure that "Cloud Storage" is turned on. Also check whether a recording Schedule has been set. The camera will only record and upload detection event videos during the scheduled times.
3.Check Camera Plan Binding
Go to "Me" > "My Camera Plan" and verify that the subscription is active and properly linked to your camera.
4.Check Wi-Fi Connection
Ensure that your camera has a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. A weak connection may lead to upload failures, missing clips, or incomplete recordings. To maintain cloud upload reliability, we recommend avoiding excessive device connections on your home network. If the issue persists, please contact Lepro for further assistance.
Q13: Can the Lepro camera continue uploading recordings to the cloud when the Lepro app is not running?
Yes. As long as the Lepro camera has a stable internet connection, it can continue to detect and record events based on your settings.
Q14: How long will the camera record when using Lepro Camera Subscription?
Each video clip can be up to 3 minutes long. The actual duration depends on motion in the scene — recording will stop automatically if no movement is detected.
Q15: Can I still access cloud videos via the Lepro app after my subscription expires?
Yes. As long as the videos are still within the 7 or 14 day cloud retention period, you can continue to view them in the Lepro app even after your subscription ends.
Q16: Can I transfer my Lepro Camera Plan to other Lepro cameras?
